Refund policy

At HPM Prints, all products are specially made to order. Therefore, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless the product received is defective, damaged, or incorrect.

Eligible Cases for Replacement or Refund

A replacement or refund may be provided in the following situations:

  • Wrong product delivered

  • Product received in damaged condition

  • Defective or poor-quality product

  • Printing/manufacturing defect

Important Guidelines

  • Requests must be submitted within 3 days of delivery

  • Customers must provide clear photos/videos showing the issue for verification

  • Our support team will review the request before approving any replacement or refund

Non-Returnable / Non-Refundable Situations

We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for:

  • Incorrect size selected by the customer

  • Change of mind after placing the order

  • Minor color differences caused by screen/display settings

  • Delays caused by courier partners or unforeseen circumstances

  • Cancellation requests after the order has been processed, printed, or shipped

Order Cancellation

Orders can only be cancelled before they enter production. Once printing or processing has started, cancellation requests cannot be accepted.

Refund / Replacement Timeline

After successful verification, approved refunds or replacements will be processed within 5–7 business days.
